We shuck Maine’s best oysters at our shop – and we’re happy to hand deliver them to your event, too. The Portland Shop Raw Bar is an interactive catering experience that can be tailored to suit any sized event, from rehearsal dinners and weddings to graduation parties, birthdays, and large-scale corporate functions.
WHAT TO EXPECT: For your event, we will provide our signature dory boat display, ice, supplies for shucking, sauces, friendly staff and product. Our crew of experienced shuckers will set up the boat, fill it with crushed ice, cover it with the freshest seafood, and shuck away while chatting with guests in a casual, Island Creek kind of way for an unforgettable raw bar experience. Delicious, New England seafood at your guests’ fingertips with none of the hassle and all of the enjoyment.

FAQs

For dine-in you can order as few or as many oysters as you’d like for $1.95 a piece all day, everyday. Take-out oysters are $1.50 and come UNSHUCKED in bundles of 6.
Yes, well behaved, friendly and quiet dogs are welcome on our patio.
We do not. All seating is first-come first-serve, even for large parties. If you would like to inquire about renting out the space or reserving a large portion of the space for an event please reach out to kit@islandcreekoysters.com.
